and I actually thought SmartBro Customer Service was the worst.

No.

PLDT customer service is one inch away from hell!

I started calling them up last Tuesday, Sept 16 to request IDD, NDD and fax for our business landline. They told me to send them a letter of request thru fax, along with two valid id’s, etc.

So I did.

I called them up after a few minutes to verify if they received the fax, they said they haven’t received any and told me to fax it again on a different fax number.

To make the story short, that process was repeated 4 times everyday. Yes. That’s about 300-400 pesos spent on fax alone. And it was only Last Friday that someone actually confirmed that they have received the fax and told me to call up today, (monday) to have it activated on our phone.


Right now, I’m talking to one representative, and again, she told me the same lies that the four other reps told me last week.

“Sorry mam but we haven’t received any fax from your company.”

I just couldn’t control my temper anymore. What the hell happened to the fax letters I’m sending them? I have all confirmation letters with me to verify that I have sent all the letters they needed at everytime they requested it.

To add to my dismay, the girl I was talking to was not listening to my concerns, she seems to be reading a script. As in she was talking non-stop and not addressing my concerns, at all.

Me: I need to talk to your supervisor,you’re not helping me at all.

Girl: Mam, you have to resend us a copy of your valid id along with the letter of request for us to validate your request.

Me: Are you even listening? I told you someone already confirmed it. Give me your supervisor, right now.

Girl: And then after sending the fax, call us up again to verify if we have received your fax.

That was more than enough for me to handle. Sobra. I don’t understand why it takes them this long just to activate the services we need for this shop. Parang di babayaran, nakakainis.

I asked for her supervisor, hanggang ngayon nakahold parin ako. Natapos ko na tong blog entry na to, wala parin.

Grabe. Lame. Lame. Lame.
